and worked for about six years in the corporate cube. I then decided that there was
more to life and started teaching more aerobics (step, kickboxing, muscle classes
and indoor cycling) and I ran more. I felt fit, but physically tight.
Then I found yoga, or it found me. After taking yoga for about a year,
everything changed. I realized that yoga not only opened me physically,
but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. I continue to run and cycle,
but yoga has a special place in my heart.
Currently, I stay busy with my daughter, my husband, friends, yoga and marathon training.
